These are Comic Character .AVB files used in the Chat Program, Microsoft Comic Chat v 2.5
To use/view them you must click on the image of the character to download them.
Then place them into the ComicArt folder of 'Comic Chat'
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Chat\ComicArt
